File requirements for Canvas and Fine Art Enlargements

To produce a sharp and crisp image on Canvas or Fine Art media, the photo needs to be of a reasonable quality. So without getting too technical, digital images that are of a low resolution or quality are at risk of becoming pixelated or grainy the more they are enlarged. If you have an image in mind for a Canvas or Fine Art print, please contact us for size options. For professionals, we work in RGB, prefer a resolution of 300 dpi and accept JPEG, TIFF, RAW and PhotoShop files.

Sending Your Image Files
We accept images via email as long as the files sizes are not too large and if the images are not compressed by your email program. If the images are not suitable for email, the best option is to put them on a disc and post them to us (please contact us for a postal address). For local Sunshine Coast residents, please contact us to see if we can arrange collection for urgent orders.

We offer high resolution scanning to transform your slides, negatives and printed images into Canvas or Fine Art prints.

Delivery Times for your Canvas Print
We pride ourselves on extremely efficient print delivery times. For standard orders, you can expect to have your unstretched print in as little as 48 hours and 3 - 5 business days for stretched canvases. Some delays can be experienced during peak order times and we ask that you allow at least 2 weeks for pre-Christmas orders. Long periods of wet weather can also cause delays with ink drying times.

Payment Options
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Funds Transfers and Cash Payments. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX, Diners Club or Cheques and apologise for any inconvenience. A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order and the balance must be paid in full upon print delivery. Unfortunately, due to past abuses, we no longer offer accounts.
